Raw Space Rental Price - One wedding a weekend

40 people or less Ceremony - $800 - 2 hours on property $100 extra for wedding suite

20 people or less Ceremony - $400 - 2 hours on property $100 extra for wedding suite

40 Person or less Ceremony & Reception - $1600 for 4 hours - $250 extra per hour

20 Person or less Ceremony & Reception - $1200 for 4 hours - $250 extra per hour

Elopements

10 People or less $350 - 2 Hours on property

6 People or less $300 - 2 Hours on property

Need to Know Information

Events cannot go past 8 pm

No Dj’s - small bluetooth speaker are fine

Acoustic music is permitted without amplifiers. 

$100 extra per hour for greenhouse studio

BYOB - No hard liquor, cannot pour

Trash removal - We will dispose of 1 bag of trash, additional trash bags must be removed by the client
